What happens next?
We will review the information you’ve provided about your trip
One of our team will create a personalised quotation for you
We’ll email it over to you within 1 working hour
If we need further information about the passengers in your party or your itinerary in order to create your quotation, we will be in touch. If your travel plans are complex or the visa application process requires additional information, we may have to check some details with you before we can issue a quotation; we will always keep you up to date if this happens.
When we email your quotation we’ll also include everything you need to apply for your visa, including application forms, document checklists and additional useful information for your trip.
When we create a personalised quotation, we will include all of the services required to have your visa application completed for you. If there are any stages we can’t complete on your behalf, we will make this clear in the email and provide support materials for you. If anything on your quotation is unclear, or you need to make changes, just let our team know and we will be more than happy to talk you through it.
If you’ve received a quotation via email, we will generate a custom payment link for you to pay online if you’re happy to go ahead. You can checkout using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or if you prefer you can make a bank transfer using your quotation number as a reference. Just let us know which is most convenient for you and we can arrange this.
Usually, we can process your visa with scans of your documents. This is the case if we are applying for an e-visa on your behalf. If we are simply checking your documents prior to you attending the embassy yourself to have the visa applied, we can accept digital versions of the documents also. If we do require your originals, such as a China visa application for anyone over the age of 70, we will advise you of this in your quotation email.
This depends on the visa type. If you are applying for an e-visa, we will send this to you via email. If you would like a printed copy posting to you, we can arrange this; just get in touch with our team. If we have processed or simply collected a completed visa which has been applied to your physical passport, we will send this via Next Day Special Delivery 1PM.
This varies depending on your nationality, your destination and the purpose of your trip. Everything you need to provide will be detailed in our quotation email, as well as support documents to ensure you are able to gather the necessary information quickly and accurately to avoid any delays in processing your visa.
Yes, all orders must be paid in full before the processing of your visa will begin.
You can email your documents to email@example.com if we only require scans. If we do need original documents from you, we will provide the address of the office which will be handling your order on your order confirmation email.
This depends on the visa type and the reason for rejection. Some countries will allow an application to stay open and you are able to re-submit documents if there has been additional information requested. Some destinations however can simply reject an application without clear reason; some even put a timescale on when you are allowed to re-submit again. We will advise you what to do next if this happens, though very few visas are rejected and are unable to be rectified.
