If we need further information in order to create your quotation, we will be in touch. Sometimes, if you have a non-UK document or a complex request, we may have to check some details before we can issue a quotation; we will always keep you up to date if this happens.

When we email your quotation we’ll also include additional useful information for you, including a service guide for your destination country which details how the legalisation process works.

  • When we create a personalised quotation, we will include all of the services required to have your document legalised for the country you’re travelling to. Your quotation will detail the services included and what they involve, as well as details of where to post your documents to and our terms and conditions. If anything on your quotation is unclear, or you need to make changes, just let our team know and we will be more than happy to talk you through it.
  • If you’ve received a quotation via email, we will generate a custom payment link for you to pay for your order online if you’re happy to go ahead. You can click on the link and checkout using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or if you prefer you can make a bank transfer using your quotation number as a reference. Just let us know which is most convenient for you and we can arrange this.
  • We always recommend using recorded delivery in order to protect your documents and ensure they are trackable to our offices. If you’re in the UK, Signed For should be sufficient. If you’re overseas, we recommend International Signed For or a courier service. Please be sure to include your reference number, this can be included with your documents or simply written on the envelope.
  • Yes, once each stage is completed you will receive an automated email. When they are ready for dispatch, you will receive an email before the end of the working day with your tracking number included, if applicable.
  • In the majority of cases, we need your original documents in order to legalise them. This is because we process most documents on a solicitor certified copy, and therefore our solicitor will need to have sight of the original in order to make the copy here in our offices. Your originals are kept securely here at our offices, so you can be sure they’re safe, and the copy is sent to receive the stamps required.

  • Yes, all orders must be paid in full before the processing of documents commences.

  • We have a Batley and a London address; each office deals with different speeds of service. Your quotation will include both addresses and advise you which office you should send your documents to.
