Why do you need this information to give me a quote?

The legalisation process varies widely dependent on several factors, therefore to make sure you get an accurate quotation for the service you need, we need to understand your circumstances and what documents you’d like to be processed. Not only does the destination country have a bearing on the process, but the country of issue as well as the document type itself can have impact the requirements.

We don’t always require a scan to provide a quotation, but if you have a document which was issued outside of the UK, we will generally ask to see one in most cases. If you don’t have a scanner, don’t worry. A clear photo is usually more than sufficient as long as you ensure all information is in the frame.
